At CCEESS, we are committed to delivering your favorite beauty and bodycare products safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on how we handle order deliveries.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 will apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include additional handling fees.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner details. You can track your package through the courier’s tracking portal.


6. Delays and Issues

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, there may be unexpected delays due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • Unreachable customer during delivery attempt

In such cases, we will inform you via email or phone and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


7. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you for an updated address. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the product.


8. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order is delivered damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cceess.in

  • Provide clear photos of the outer package, product, and invoice

  • We will verify and resolve the issue as per our Refund & Return Policy
