At CCEESS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags.
We do not accept returns for reasons like personal dislike, change of mind, or skin reactions after use.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@cceess.in within 48 hours of delivery.
Include the following in your email:
Order number
Clear photos or videos showing the damage/issue
Description of the problem
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received (if required), we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Replacements
If the product is in stock, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect items.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or opened products
Items without original packaging
Products returned without prior approval
Gift cards, samples, or promotional items
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
7. Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to a mistake on our part (damaged or wrong item), we will cover return shipping.
For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
